Impex Spring Division is a leading and rapidly growing distributor of truck and trailer leaf springs, air springs, coil springs, threaded rods, suspension parts, taper roller bearings and front end parts to the North American automotive and heavy duty replacement market. Impex's sales are targeted to spring repair shops, independent warehouse distributors and trailer manufacturers.

Impex sources its products from both domestic and overseas manufacturers. Most of our suppliers are Original Equipment Manufacturers for the truck and trailer industries in their respective countries and are chosen for their spring making capabilities, advanced technology, process controls and commitment to quality. Our personnel are in constant communication with suppliers, forecasting and scheduling requirements, tracking and expediting shipments and ensuring that parts are produced to exact specifications.

The variety and breadth of Impex's product line gives us a competitive edge. Impex recently became a national warehouse distributor for Hendrickson Suspension, a major manufacturer of heavy duty suspensions for the OEM truck and trailer makers. We now offer our customers a full line of genuine Hendrickson suspension parts and leaf springs. In broadening our line of suspension parts, Impex looked to substantial domestic suppliers of spring pins, threaded rods, coil springs, bushings, king pin sets and castings.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in all aspects of our organization. We offer customers one of the largest inventories of springs and suspension parts in North America. A buffer inventory is also maintained at the factories of our various suppliers, assuring a continuous flow of product. Several of our suppliers will drop ship merchandise directly to our customers in an emergency. The immediate availability of products, combined with the efficiency of our operations and the partnerships with several common carriers guarantees our customers the shortest lead time in the industry.

Our New Jersey facility, comprising 38,000 square feet, has been recently expanded to accommodate more than 3,000 different part numbers. The Texas facility, a 10,000 square foot full service warehouse, services eleven of the southern states. Orders received at either location are immediately entered into our computer system and customer requirements transferred to the warehouse for immediate selection, packing and shipment. In almost 100% of the cases, orders received by noon are shipped to our customers the same day.
