The OEM Division imports and markets running gear components to manufacturers of axles, boat trailers, utility trailers and to distributors of trailer component parts. Our product line includes multiple leaf trailer springs, single leaf mobile home springs, taper roller bearings, machined and "as forged" drop spindles, swing arm forgings for rubber torsion axles, brake spider forgings, cast equalizers, brake cylinders and rim clamps.

The OEM Division has long enjoyed high esteem in the RV industry as a leading supplier of globally sourced products. The combination of people, systems and equipment provide consistent service and quality. Our overseas engineers and in-house engineering staff carefully review new products to be sure that all design parameters are realistic and that required tolerances can be met. Manufacturing is monitored from first article through production. This control procedure is often supplemented by our people who spot-check the product as produced and the packing as it is prepared for shipment. Incoming shipments are inspected as they are received.

There is a strong focus on customer service at UCF America Inc. Our OEM Division personnel function as extensions of the Original Equipment Manufacturer's purchasing department, maintaining constant communication to ensure an orderly flow of material. Monthly information is provided regarding merchandise in production, in transit, and in inventory, as well as outstanding orders. This information is available on a daily basis if required, providing a service which cannot be equalled. In addition, buffer stock is maintained for customers so needs can be filled should there be unforeseen delays in transportation from overseas suppliers. This stock is available from our warehouses ensuring instant availability of between two and three months product requirements.

UCF America Inc.'s headquarters and largest warehousing facility (with 38,000 square feet) are in Pennsauken, New Jersey in close proximity to the Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York ports. A second office and warehouse (with 10,000 square feet) is located in Grand Prairie, Texas. In addition, public warehousing facilities are utilized throughout the United States and Canada to ensure an inventory to meet customer requirements, as close to the customer's location as possible.
